摘要
某厂1号机组调试期间2号低压转子瓦振偏大,多次处理两个低压转子之间的接长短轴,并在现场进行了多次高速动平衡,2号低压转子5、6号瓦振仍然较大,且带负荷过程中5、6号瓦振大幅度爬升。2015年上半年2号低压转子送回制造厂以后,对前后两末级叶片重新进行排序,高速动平衡时按照三阶振型进行加重,转子回厂装复后,开机带负荷机组振动正常。
During the commissioning of NO. 1 unit , the vibration of low pressure rotor NO. 2 in a factory is too large, the short axis between the two low pressure rotor were repeatedly handled, and it repeatedly made field high-speed dynamic balancing. No. 5 and No. 6 bearing vibration of was still large, and No. 5 and No. 6 bearing vibration greatly was increased in the loading process. In the first half of 2015, after the No. 2 low-pressure rotor were sent back to the manufacturing plant , its last stage blade on both sides was resorted, and the high speed dynamic balance was aggravated by the three order mode. After the rotor was returned to the scene, the vibration of the unit was normal in the loading process.
