摘要 LC振荡电路能够产生高频振荡高电压,而一些实验比如回旋加速器常用高频振荡高电压来加速离子,SGTC(spark gap Tesla coil)就是很好的高频高压发生器。本文介绍了火花间隙特斯拉线圈SGTC的制作方法,同时分析了SGTC的重要组成部分-ZVS(zero voltage switch)驱动电路的原理,列出了试验过程中需要的参数(初级次级电容、电感)的计算公式并估算了参数、调整参数,使达到最佳谐振状态。实验证明:SGTC高压瓷片电容的耐压影响其能否正常谐振,因为谐振时电容电压比直流电压高很多;火花间隙越大,喷弧越长,但最长不要超过电容两脚的距离,否则先击穿电容而损坏。同时,本文就SGTC的电路原理图建立了仿真电路模型,运行理想条件下的仿真,取得了良好的效果。 LC oscillation circuit can generate high frequency and high voltage oscillation and some experiments such as cyclotron often use high frequency and high voltage oscillation to accelerate hydronium , SGTC is a very good high frequency and high voltage generator . This paper introduces a method of making a spark gap Tesla coil ( SGTC) , and analyses the principle of the important part of SGTC-ZVS drive circuit. The formula of parameters required in the experiment ( primary secondary capacitance and inductance) is listed. The paper estimates the parameters, adjusts the parameters to achieve the best resonance state. Experiments show that the breakdown voltage of SGTC high voltage ceramic capacitor can affect its normal resonance, because the resonant capacitor voltage is much higher than the DC voltage. If spark gap increases, arc spraying is longer, but the longest distance should not be more than the distance of capacitor's two feet , otherwise capacitor firstly breakdown and damages . Also, in this paper, the circuit principle diagram of SGTC is established. The simulation circuit model is built and the simulation results under ideal conditions are obtained.
