女教职工的心理健康问题已备受关注。本研究从高校女教职工心理健康现状出发,分析产生心理健康问题的原因,提出高校工会通过心理疏导来提高女教职工心理健康水平的策略,为创新高校工会工作方法,促进高校和谐健康发展,提供一些基本理论依据。

The psychological problems of female teachers in universities have an impact upon the healthy development of state education cause, which has become a hot topic in society recently. Starting from the current status of psychological health of female teachers in universities, the paper analyzes the causes of psychological problems, and puts forward some psychological coimseling strategies to promote the healthy and harmonious development of universities.
