城市型、应用型大学学生事务工作模式研究与思考

Research and Reflection on Model of Student Affairs Management of Urban and Application-oriented Universities

高等学校中的学术教育是人才培养的根基,学生事务管理是人才健康成长的有力支撑,学术界已对此达成一定的共识。目前,高校学生事务工作需要因应高校学术教育要求、学生发展的诉求和学生工作者自身发展的需求,不断探索其自身发展的理论问题,解决学生发展需求变化带来的实际问题,处理学生事务模式转型的现实问题。以城市型、应用型大学为切入点,从学生发展理论视角,结合学生事务工作实际,探索城市型、应用型大学学生事务工作新模式的构建。

The academic circles have already reached a consensus that student affairs management is a strong support to the healthy development of talents just as academic education is the foundation of talent cultivation in universities and colleges. At present,to fulfill the requirements of the academic education,of the development of both students and student affairs managing staff,student affairs management in higher education needs to explore constantly the theoretical problems of its own development,to solve the practical upcoming problems brought about by the changing needs of the student＇s development,and to deal with the problems of model transformation of student affairs management. Taking the urban and application-oriented universities as the breakthrough point,viewing from the perspective of student development theories,and combining the practical work of student affairs,this paper explores the construction of a new model of student affairs management in urban and applicationoriented universities.
