直丝弓矫治器与无托槽隐形矫治器对牙周炎继发错牙合畸形的矫治效果

Orthodontic appliance of straight wire appliance and non bracket appliance in the treatment of malocclusion

目的分析直丝弓矫治器与无托槽隐形矫治器对牙周炎继发错牙合畸形的矫治效果。方法选择2016年1月至2016年9月两所单位收治的牙周炎继发错牙合畸形患者66例作为研究对象,采用随机信封法将其分为实验组与对照组均33例患者,对照组采用直丝弓矫治器进行治疗,实验组采用托槽隐形矫治器进行治疗,分析对比两组患者牙周指标、修复成功率及并发症发生率。结果实验组牙周指标、并发症发生率明显低于对照组,且修复成功率明显高于对照组,P<0.05。结论在牙周炎继发错牙合畸形患者临床治疗中,实施无托槽隐形矫治器修复治疗,既可改善牙周情况,减少并发症发生率,又可提高修复成功率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the orthodontic effect of straight wire appliance and invisible orthodontic appliance in the treatment of malocclusion secondary to periodontitis. Methods From January 2016 to September 2016 with the wrong tooth periodontitis two units were malocclusion in 66 patients as the research object, using random envelopes were divided into the experimental group and the control group was 33 patients, the control group using straight wire appliance for treatment, the experimental group adopted treatment with removable appliances, comparative analysis two groups of patients with periodontal index, repair success rate and complication rate. Results The periodontal index and complication rate of the experimental group were signifcantly lower than that of the control group, and the success rate of repair was signifcantly higher than that of the control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion In the clinical treatment of malocclusion patients with periodontitis secondary malocclusion, the implementation of invisible bracketless appliances repair treatment, can improve the periodontal condition, reduce the incidence of complications, and can improve the success rate, it is worthy of clinical application.
