手术治疗与放射治疗应用于口腔颌面部肿瘤中的效果分析

Effect analysis of surgical treatment and radiotherapy for oral and maxillofacial tumors

目的分析手术治疗与放射治疗应用于口腔颌面部肿瘤中的效果。方法选取86例口腔颌面部肿瘤患者作为研究对象,对照组行放射治疗,研究组行手术治疗;比较两组口腔颌面部肿瘤患者治疗之后的总有效率与不良反应发生率。结果与对照组比较,研究组43例口腔颌面部肿瘤患者治疗之后的总有效率更高;与对照组比较,研究组43例口腔颌面部肿瘤患者治疗之后的不良反应发生率更低。结论手术治疗应用于口腔颌面部肿瘤中的效果优于放射治疗,值得在临床治疗工作中推广运用。

Objective To analyze the effect of surgical treatment and radiotherapy for oral and maxillofacial tumors. Methods 86 patients with oral and maxillofacial tumors treated were selected as the research objects. The control group received radiotherapy, the study group underwent surgical treatment, and compared the total effective rate and adverse reaction rate of the two groups of patients with oral and maxillofacial tumors after treatment.Results Compared with the control group, the study group of 43 patients after oral and maxillofacial tumor patients have higher overall efficiency; compared with the control group, the study group of 43 cases of adverse reactions after oral and maxillofacial tumor patients were lower. Conclusion The effect of surgical treatment in oral and maxillofacial tumors is better than that of radiotherapy. It is worth popularizing in clinical treatment.
