隐裂性牙髓炎根管治疗的效果研究

Study on the effect of root canal treatment of cracked pulpitis

目的探讨隐裂性牙髓炎实施根管治疗的效果。方法取2015年1月到2016年1月间本院收治的60例隐裂性牙髓炎患者进行研究,根据患者术式将患者分为多次组(n=30)和一次组(n=30,一次性根管治疗),对所有多次组患者实施多次根管治疗,对所有一次组患者实施一次根管治疗,分析两组患者的治疗效果。结果一次组患者治疗总有效率及成功率96.7%、96.7%与多次组80.0%、76.7%相比明显较高,差异具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论隐裂性牙髓炎实施一次性根管治疗效果优于多次根管治疗。

Objective To investigate the cracked pulpitis implement the efect of root canal therapy.Methods From January 2015 to January 2016 in our hospital 60 cases of cracked pulpitis patients were studied, according to the type of patients were divided into several groups （n=30） and a group （n=30, root canal treatment）, the implementation of multiple root canal therapy for all patients of all times, a root canal treatment the implementation of a group of patients, analysis of two groups of patients.Results The total efective rate and success rate of patients in one group were 96.7% and 96.7%, which was signifcantly higher than that of group 80% and 76.7%, and the diference was statistically signifcant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Cracked pulpitis root canal treatment is better than multiple root canal treatment.
