摘要
目的观察激光针灸对大鼠慢性萎缩性胃炎的治疗作用,为临床应用提供实验依据。方法 60只Wistar大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、给药组、针刺组和激光针灸组5组,采用复合法复制大鼠慢性萎缩性胃炎模型,分别给予药物灌胃、针刺和激光针灸治疗14d,观察各组大鼠外观、胃黏膜状态及病理组织学变化。结果模型对照组大鼠体质量较正常对照组显著降低(P<0.01),胃扩张,胃黏膜变薄(P<0.05),腺体萎缩或消失,炎性细胞浸润;治疗后各组大鼠状态均有好转,激光针灸组疗效尤为显著,未见胃扩张,胃黏膜厚度较模型对照组明显增加(P<0.05),细胞结构、形态正常,腺体排列规整,无腺体萎缩现象。结论激光针灸可明显改善慢性萎缩性胃炎大鼠外观、胃黏膜状态及病理形态学表现,疗效优于给药和针刺。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of laser acupuncture on chronic atrophic gastritis in rats,and to provide experimental evidence for clinical application.Method 60 Wistar rats were randomly divided into 5 groups:normal control group,model control group,drug group,acupuncture group and laser acupuncture group.The model of chronic atrophic gastritis was made by compound method.The groups except normal control group and model control group were respectively treated with medicine,acupuncture and laser acupuncture for 14 d,then the appearance,the status of gastric mucosa and histopathological changes of rats in each group were observed.Results Compared with normal control group,the weight of rats in model control group was significantly lower(P<0.01),and the thickness of gastric mucosa of rats in model control group was thinner as well(P<0.05).There were some phenomenon appearing in model control group,such as,gastric dilatation,the gland atrophy or disappearing and inflammatory cell infiltration.After treatment,the condition of rats in each group improved,especially laser acupuncture group,there was no gastric dilatation or glandular atrophy,the thickness of gastric mucosa of laser acupuncture group was significantly thicker than that of model control group(P<0.05),while the structure and morphology of the cell as well as the gland of laser acupuncture group were normal.Conclusion Laser acupuncture has a significant effect on the appearance,gastric mucosal morphology and pathological changes of rats with chronic atrophic gastritis,and its therapeutic effect is better than those of medicine and acupuncture.
