锁骨下中心静脉穿刺置管术并发症临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Complications of Subclavian Central Venous Catheterization

目的探讨锁骨下中心静脉穿刺置管术并发症发生的因素及预防措施。方法对140例应用锁骨下中心静脉穿刺置管术患者进行回顾性分析,探讨相关并发症发生因素及预防措施。结果 140例患者发生并发症6例,其中与导管感染有关者3例,导管堵塞2例,脱管1例,并发症发生率为4%。结论操作者在施行锁骨下中心静脉穿刺置管术中必须严格遵守无菌技术操作原则,熟练掌握穿刺技术,积极采取相应的防治措施。

Objective To investigate the factors and preventive measures of subclavian central venous catheterization.Methods 140 patients with subclavian central venous catheterization were retrospectively analyzed to explore the factors involved in the complications and preventive measures.Results There were 6 cases of complication in 140 cases,including 3 cases of catheter infection,2 cases of catheter obstruction,1 case of prolapse and 4% of complication.Conclusion In the operation of subclavian venous catheterization,the operator must strictly follow the principle of aseptic technique,master the puncture technique,and take appropriate control measures.
