摘要
产科剖宫产手术逐年增加,需要麻醉医生运用各种麻醉药物保证手术安全顺利进行。麻醉药物具有特殊的药理学特性,应用不当可透过胎盘,使产妇及胎儿发生血流动力学波动、呼吸抑制等不良反应。综述了麻醉药物在剖宫产患者中的应用及胎盘转移。
Obstetric cesarean section surgery is increasing year by year,so doctors need to use anesthetic drug to ensure the safety of operation.If applied improperly,anesthetic drug with special pharmacological properties can pass through the placenta,causing pregnant women and fetus to have the adverse effects of blood flow dynamics,respiratory inhibition and so on.The article reviews the application of anesthetic drugs in patients with cesarean section and placenta transfer.
