上颌前牙区即刻与延期种植修复效果的临床研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究上颌前牙区即刻种植修复和延期种植修复的软硬组织的临床变化。方法选取2014年7月~2015年7月来我院进行上颌前牙种植的患者36例,18例即刻种植,18例延期种植,对种植修复后的效果进行比较。种植体周围骨吸收程度用X线片进行比较,软组织状况用红色美学指数来判定。结果种植修复后一年内,即刻种植组和延期种植组周围牙槽骨吸收的差别没有统计学意义(t=0.691、0.687、0.685,P>0.05),即刻种植组的红色美学指数好于延期种植组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论即刻种植与延期种植均能实现植体周围骨组织的健康,即刻种植还能获得更好的软组织美学效果。 Objective To evaluate the clinical soft and hard tissue variations of immediate and delayed implants in the upper anterior region.Methods 36 patients implanted in anterior maxilla from July,2014 to July,20115 were divided into two groups,one with immediate implantation and the other with delayed implantation.Follow up visit of clinical observation began after final crown restored.Bone resorption around the implant was recorded by periapical X-ray check.Soft tissue was observed and analyzed according to the pink esthetic scores (PES).Results Alveolar bone resorptions around the implants of immediate group and delayed group with loading after 1 year were of no statistical signifcance (t=0.691,0.687,0.685,all P〉0.05).The pink esthetic scores of immediate implant group were better than that of the delayed group with statistical signifcance (P〈0.05).Conclusion Both immediate implant group and delayed group had optimal bone osseointegration with little bone resorption.The immediate group gained more esthetic soft tissue appearance in a year.
