牙龈与牙槽嵴修整手术在牙齿修复中的临床价值

Clinical value of gingival and alveolar ridge repair in tooth restoration

目的比较牙龈与牙槽嵴修整手术在牙齿修复中的临床价值。方法选取2016年3月至2016年11月我院收治的牙齿修复患者40例进行统计分析,采用硬币随机分类法将所有患者分为参照组和研究组,每组实验样本为20例,参照组采用常规方法进行修复治疗,研究组采用牙龈与牙槽嵴修整手术+常规修复术,评估两组患者的治疗效果、修复美容评分以及修复效果满意度。结果相对于参照组,研究组患者的治疗效果更好,修复效果满意度和修复美容评分更高,P<0.05。结论在牙齿修复中采用牙龈与牙槽嵴修整手术+常规修复术,可有效提高患者的治疗效果,提高修复美容评分,提升患者的修复效果满意度,值得临床借鉴。

Objective To compare the clinical value of gingival and alveolar ridge repair in tooth restoration.Methods From March 2016 to November 2016 were selected where the Department for statistical analysis of 40 cases of dental repair patients,using random coin classification method all patients were divided into control group and study group,each group of experimental samples of 20 cases,control group using conventional methods of repair treatment,the study group using gingival and alveolar repair operation and routine repair.To evaluate the therapeutic efect of two groups,beauty score and repair efect satisfaction.Results Compared with the reference group,the patients in the study group had better treatment,higher recovery satisfaction,and higher cosmetic rehabilitation,P〈0.05.Conclusion In dental restoration by the gingival and alveolar repair operation and routine repair,can effectively improve patient outcomes,improve beauty scores,improve satisfaction with repair efect,worthy of clinical reference.
