高压氧联合脓肿切开引流术治疗口腔颌面部间隙感染的疗效及患者临床特点的探讨

Efficacy and clinical characteristics of hyperbaric oxygen combined with incision and drainage of abscess in the treatment of oral and maxillofacial space infection

目的探讨高压氧联合脓肿切开引流术治疗口腔颌面部间隙感染的疗效。方法收集我院诊断为口腔颌面部间隙感染的患者,分为:研究组和对照组,两组基础治疗均为常规治疗+脓肿切开引流,研究组加用高压氧治疗。对比(1)两组口腔颌面部间隙感染的诱因。(2)两组口腔颌面部间隙感染的治疗疗效。结果 (1)两组口腔颌面部间隙感染的诱因比较无差异(P>0.05)。(2)两组口腔颌面部间隙感染的治疗疗效比较有差异(P<0.05)。结论高压氧联合脓肿切开引流术治疗口腔颌面部间隙感染疗效肯定,能够改善患者临床症状及疗效。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of hyperbaric oxygen combined with incision and drainage of abscess in the treatment of oral and maxillofacial space infection. Methods The patients diagnosed as oral and maxillofacial space infection in our hospital were divided into two groups： the study group and the control group. The two groups were treated with conventional treatment ＋ abscess incision and drainage, and the study group was treated with hyperbaric oxygen. Contrast（1） the cause of infection of oral and maxillofacial space in two groups.（2） the curative effect of two groups of oral and maxillofacial space infection. Results（1） there was no difference in the causes of oral and maxillofacial space infection between the two groups（P〈0.05）.（2） the curative effect of oral and maxillofacial space infection in the two groups was different（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen combined with incision and drainage of abscess is effective in the treatment of oral and maxillofacial space infection. It can improve the clinical symptoms and curative effect of the patients.
