ABS原材料实验室加速老化与自然暴露相关性的研究

摘要 以10种ABS原材料为例研究了实验室加速老化与自然暴露的相关性。结果表明,在一定老化阶段,实验室加速老化与自然暴露有着良好的相关性。对于本试验中的ABS原材料,荧光紫外灯暴露表现出较氙灯暴露与自然暴露更好的关联性;若选取相关系数最高时的自然暴露对应的色差值作为基准,氙灯暴露加速因子大都在3~5,荧光紫外灯暴露加速因子大都在8~13。 Ten kinds of ABS raw materials were used to study on the correlation between accelerated aging in laboratory and natural exposure in Kingfa(Guangzhou). The results showed that the accelerated aging in laboratory had a good correlation with natural outdoor aging in certain aging stage. For the ABS in this study, fluorescent UV lamp exposure showed a better correlation to natural exposure rather than xenon lamp exposure. If the color difference value corresponding to the highest correlation coefficient for the natural exposure was selected as a reference, the acceleration factor of xenon lamp exposure was mostly between 3 and 5, while fluorescent UV lamp exposure was between 8 and 13.
