摘要
针对星载大型相控阵雷达波控系统测试面临的接口多而复杂、传输数据量大、故障定位困难等问题,给出了一种基于6U-VPX总线的通用化闭环测试方法.该方法利用VPX总线接口丰富、扩展性好、传输速率高等技术优势,采用Rapid IO交换及高速互连技术,实现了波束控制器到波控单元每个T/R通道的正向和逆向自动化测试.经工程实践证明,该测试方法可在1 ms内完成720个阵元通道的遥控遥测功能测试、判断和显示,功能测试覆盖率达到100%,达到了星载大型相控阵雷达波控系统快速有效检测的要求.
In order to overcome such problems as complex interfaces, large amount of data transmitted, difficulty in fault location and so on in beam-steering system test of space-borne large phased array radar, this paper presents a universalized closed-loop test method based on 6 U-VPX bus. The proposed method utilizes VPX bus(characterized by various interfaces, good expansibility and high transmission rate) and Rapid IO switching and high-speed interconnect technology to realize the forward and reverse automatic test from the beam-steering computer to each T/R channel of the beam-steering units. The engineering practice shows that the proposed method can complete the telemetry and telecommand function test, estimate and display of 720 channels within 1 ms, and the coverage rate of function test reaches 100%, meeting the requirement of fast and effective test of beam-steering system in space-borne large phased array radar.
