为提高预警情报技术保障人才的培养质量,将案例教学法引入到雷达情报组网系统维修课程教学中.首先分析了案例教学法在雷达情报组网系统维修教学中的优势,设计了具有"三阶段、两环节"特点的维修课案例教学实施方案,然后对三个阶段中的教学内容、教学要求和教学目标进行了阐述.教学实践表明,案例教学法在激发学员学习兴趣、提高实践排故能力、培养岗位任职等方面具有积极作用.

In order to improve the training quality of early warning intelligence of technical support talents,this article introduces the case teaching method into the course teaching of radar intelligence networking system maintenance. Firstly the article analyzes the advantages of the case teaching method in the maintenance teaching of radar intelligence networking system, and designs the implementation plan of the case teaching with characteristics of three stages and two taches. And then the article expounds the teaching contents, teaching requirements and teaching goals of the three stages. Teaching practice shows that the case teaching method plays a positive role in stimulating cadets' interest in learning, improving their troubleshooting skills in practice and cultivating the post ability.
