大柴胡汤加减联合西药治疗慢性胆囊炎合并胆结石疗效观察

Therapeutic Effect of Dachaihu Decoction Combined with Western Medicine on Chronic Cholecystitis with Gallstones

目的:分析大柴胡汤加减联合西药治疗慢性胆囊炎合并胆结石疗效观察。方法:选取吉安市安福县中医院2015年8月~2017年1月收治的慢性胆囊炎合并胆结石患者140例作为研究对象。将140例患者随机分为两组,实验组有患者70例,对照组有患者70例。为对照组患者采取单纯西药治疗模式,为实验组患者采取大柴胡汤加减联合西药治疗模式。对比两组患者的治疗效果,临床不良反应发病率。对比患者治疗前后的临床症状变化。结果:治疗一段时间后,实验组患者的治疗有效率为98.57%,对照组患者的治疗有效率为75.71%,实验组患者的治疗有效率明显优于对照组,P<0.05表示统计学有意义。实验组患者的中医证候积分治疗前为(12.7±2.8)分,治疗后为(4.3±1.1)分。对照组患者的中医证候积分为治疗前(11.9±3.1)分,治疗后为(8.9±2.4)分。实验组患者中医证候积分明显低于对照组,P<0.05表示统计学有意义。结论:为慢性胆囊炎合并胆结石患者采取大柴胡汤加减联合西药治疗,具有良好的治疗效果,能够有效地缓解患者的临床症状,不良反应发病率较低,值得在临床大力推广应用。

Objective： To observe the curative effect of Dachaihu Decoction combined with western medicine on chronic cholecystitis complicated with gallstones. Methods： 140 cases of chronic cholecystitis with gallstones admitted from our hospital from August 2015 to January 2017 were selected as the research object. 140 patients were randomly divided into two groups, with 70 cases in each. For the control group of patients to take a simple Western medicine treatment model for the experimental group of patients with Dachaihu Decoction combined with Western medicine treatment mode. Treatment effect and the incidence of clinical adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results： After treatment for a period of time, the effective rate of treatment was 98.57% in the experimental group and 75.71% in the control group. The effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group, P0.05. Patients in the experimental group had（12.7±2.8） points before treatment and（4.3±1.1） points after treatment. The scores of TCM syndromes in the control group were before treatment（11.9±3.1） and（8.9±2.4） after treatment. The score of TCM syndrome in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group, P0.05 was statistically significant. Conclusion： It showed a good therapeutic effect for patients with chronic cholecystitis complicated with gallstones with Dachaihu Decoction combined with Western medicine. It can relieve the clinical symptoms of patients and has lower incidence of adverse reactions. It is worthy to be popularized in clinical practice.
