地佐辛复合丙泊酚应用于无痛胃镜检查中的临床观察分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的:分析探讨无痛胃镜检查中地佐辛复合丙泊酚的临床疗效。方法:将咸宁市第一人民医院在2014年8月至2016年1月期间收治的74例无痛胃镜检查患者,按随机分为观察组(n=37)和对照组(n=37),观察组予以患者应用地佐辛复合丙泊酚麻醉,对照组则仅应用丙泊酚麻醉。观察两组患者麻醉前及检查中、后的生命体征情况和检查中患者反应及检查后恶心情况。结果:检查中对照组患者的血氧饱和度(SpO_2)及呼吸次数明显低于观察组(P<0.05),观察组患者的平均动脉压(MAP)变化波动较对照组更为平稳(P<0.05),并且观察组患者的呛咳等反应均少于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论:在无痛胃镜检查中,地佐辛复合丙泊酚的麻醉效果明显优于单纯使用丙泊酚的麻醉效果,两药联合不仅可以维持SpO_2、呼吸次数及MAP变化水平,还能有效地降低患者检查后呛咳等反应,让患者得到更好的检查体验,值得临床大力应用和推广。 Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of zoxin combined propofol in painless gastroscopy. Methods: 74 patients with painless gastroscopy from August 2014 to January 2016 were randomly divided into observation group(n=37) and control group(n=37), the observation group with zoxin combined propofol anesthesia, while control group was only used propofol anesthesia. The postanaesthesia of the two groups and the postural vital signs of the patients before and after the examination were observed. Results: SpO_2 and respiratory frequency in the control group patients significantly lower than the observation group(P0.05); MAP changes fluctuation more stable in the observation group than the control group(P0.05), and choking cough reaction was less in observation group than the control group(P0.05). Conclusion: in painless gastroscopy,zoxin combined propofol anesthesia is better than simply using propofol anesthesia. It not only maintains the SpO_2, breathing and MAP changes,also ffectively reduces the patients checking choke reactions such as cough, thus let patients get better inspection experience. It is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
