胰岛素泵治疗重症糖尿病的疗效观察及临床护理探究

目的:研究分析胰岛素泵治疗重症糖尿病的疗效,并提出临床护理措施。方法:在江西省信丰县人民医院收治的重症糖尿病患者中,随机抽取92例作为研究对象,研究时间为2015年3月至2017年3月期间,采用随机数表法将92例患者随机分为两组,观察组和对照组,每组患者均为46例,其中,观察组患者应用胰岛素泵连续皮下输注胰岛素进行治疗,对照组患者应用常规多次皮下注射胰岛素进行治疗,评价观察组与对照组的治疗效果,并对患者临床护理措施进行研究。结果:治疗后,两组患者空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均优于治疗前,差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平优于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者胰岛素使用剂量、达标时间、达标率和酮体转阴时间均优于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者TNF-α、CRP、IL-6水平以及低血糖发生率和住院时间均低于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:胰岛素泵治疗重症糖尿病的疗效较理想,能有效控制患者血糖水平,应用价值较高。

Objective： To study the effects of insulin pump in treatment of severe diabetes, and put forward the clinical nursing measures. Methods： 92 patients in Xinfeng people＇s Hospital of Jiangxi Province with severe diabetic patients from March 2015 to March 2017 were randomly selected as the research object, and randomly divided into two groups, observation group and control group, with 46 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with insulin pump continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion treatment, while the control group was treated with routine treatment of subcutaneous injection of insulin. The efficacy and effect of nursing measures on the observation group and the control group were studied. Results：after treatment, fasting blood glucose, 2 hour postprandial blood glucose, glycated hemoglobin levels were better than before treatment in two groups（P0.05）; after treatment, fasting blood glucose,2 hour postprandial blood glucose, glycated hemoglobin levels were lower in the observation group than the control group,（P0.05）; insulin dosage, standard time, standard rate and ketone conversion time were better than the control group（P0.05）;TNF-alpha, CRP, IL-6 levels and the incidence of hypoglycemia and hospitalization time in the observation group was lower than the control group（P0.05）. Conclusion： Insulin pump treatment of severe diabetes treatment is ideal, which can effectively control blood glucose levels, has higher application value.
