Confined space operation accidents happened frequently with serious consequences, and blind emergency rescue usually led to casualty expansion. The causes of some typical accidents about working inconfined space and operation risks are analyzed,and experience of our unit in safety management for confined space operations is referred to. Some pertinent safety management and control measures are proposed tobe helpful for accident prevention. It can insure the fulfillment of standards and measures of risk control toestablish and improve safety management system on confined space operations.
