摘要
绩效考评已不是新鲜事物,各个企业都已开始推行全员绩效考评工作。相比之下,煤炭行业在管理方式和水平方面都较为落后,但随着近年来煤炭行业的不景气,煤炭企业越来越注重基础管理,逐步推行全员绩效考评。本论文以作者所在单位为例,介绍了全员绩效考评的基本做法,分析了全员绩效考评中出现的问题,提出了自己的观点和措施。
Performance appraisal is no new thing,every enterprise has already begun to implement the all staff performance appraisal work. By contrast,the coal industry is relatively backward in terms of management methods and standard. However,with the recent downturn in the coal industry,coal enterprises paymore attention to the basic management,and gradually implement the performance appraisal of all staff. Thispaper takes the author's unit as an example,introduces the basic methods of all staff performance appraisal, analyzes the problems existing in the performance appraisal of all staff, and puts forward their ownviews and measures.
