锅炉蒸汽吹灰器汽源优化分析及建议 被引量:3

摘要 针对锅炉吹灰器汽源选择问题,本文采用对比分析方法,对锅炉吹灰器取自汽源屏式过热器联箱、锅炉再热汽冷段、锅炉低温再热器出口、锅炉再热汽冷端和热段混合、汽轮机一级抽汽、机组辅助蒸汽联箱等技术方案,从可行性、经济性和可靠性方面进行分析比较,结合各种类型燃煤机组锅炉吹灰器汽源选择方案,提出了亚临界锅炉吹灰器汽源选择低温再热器出口方案、超临界锅炉吹灰器汽源选择再热冷段和热段混合方案、超超临界锅炉再热冷段抽汽方案,以提升机组经济性,供设计、运行时参考。 For boiler sootblower steam source selection problem,this article uses the comparison analysis method,the boiler steam soot blower from source platen superheater header,boiler reheat steam cooling section,re-heat steam boiler low-temperature reheater exports,the cold end and heat mixing,extraction steam turbine level,the unit auxiliary steam header,such as technical solutions,from the aspects of feasibility,economy and reliabili-ty analysis,combined with various types of coal-fired units boiler sootblower steam source options,puts forwardthe subcritical boiler sootblower low-temperature reheater steam source choice export package,supercritical boiler sootblower reheat steam source choice of cold and hot mixed solution,ultra supercritical boiler reheat cold period of extraction scheme,to enhance the unit economy,which provides references for the design and runtime.
