浅析3种煤气化技术工艺烧嘴的运行情况

Brief Analysis about the Operation Situation of Three Kinds' Coal Gasification Technology Process Burner

工艺烧嘴是气化炉的核心设备,其性能的好坏及寿命长短直接影响着气化炉内正常反应的顺利进行、气化工艺的产品品质及其长周期稳定运行。本文主要根据宁东煤化工基地已建的德士古水煤浆加压气化技术、四喷嘴水煤浆加压气化技术及GSP干煤粉加压气化技术的运行情况,介绍了各气化技术工艺烧嘴的结构,分析论述了生产过程中烧嘴出现的问题及改进措施。

Process burner is the core equipment of the gasifier,its performance and the length of life directly affect the normal reaction of the gasifier,the quality of the gasification process and its long-term stableoperation. This paper is mainly based on the operation situation of pressure gasification technologies of texcowater-coal slurry,4-nozzle water-coal slurry and PSP dry coal powder that has built in Ningdong coal chem-ical base,introduces the structure of all kinds of gasification technology process burner,and analyzes andclarifies the problems and improvement measures of burner in production process.
