摘要 甲醇制低碳烯烃装置是整个煤制烯烃工程中最为核心、最为关键的生产过程,其水系统洗涤水中的细粉催化剂不能完全沉降絮凝,所以容易造成急冷塔堵塞、下游装置换热器堵塞、又恶性循环造成洗涤效果变差,限制了装置"安稳长满优"运行。本文对甲醇制低碳烯烃装置水系统蜡状物和催化剂细粉的堵塞问题进行了探讨,并通过实验室小型实验、工业化试用,找到解决方法。 Methanol-to-low carbon olefins device is the most important and critical production process in the whole coal-to-olefins project. The fine powder catalyst in washing water of the water system can't be com-pletely flocculated and settled, so it is likely to cause clogging of quench tower, heat exchanger in thedownstream device,resulting in deterioration of the washing effects,which limits the 'safe and durable' op-eration of device. This paper explores the problems of wax and the clogging of catalyst fine powder in the water system of the methanol-to-low carbon olefins device,and finds out the solution through the laboratoryexperiment and the industrial trial.
