卡尔费休法测定热回收甲醇中水分含量准确性探讨

摘要 煤基甲醇生产工艺中,通常对合成净化工段热回收甲醇中水分含量有一定要求,为了使CO2吸收塔和H2S吸收塔能够更好的运行,必须及时了解热回收甲醇中水分含量。本文主要讨论了影响卡尔费休法测定热回收甲醇中水分含量准确度的因素,从多方面研究,找到了影响测定结果的主要干扰因素并加以控制,保证了热回收甲醇中水含量测定的准确性,为工艺参数调整提供有力指导。 Coal-based methanol production process usually has certain requirements for the moisture content in heat recovery methanol of synthetic purification section,in order to make CO_2 absorption tower and hydro-gen sulfide absorption tower can run better, moisture content in heat recovery methanol must be learnedtimely. This paper mainly discusses the influence factors that affect accuracy of moisture content in heat re-covery methanol that measured by Karl Fischer method,studies from many aspects,and founds the main in-terference factors that affect the measurement result and control it,which ensures the accuracy for the accuracy of water content measurement in the heat recovery methanol,and provides powerful guidance for theprocess parameters' adjustment.
