基于DEA的黄骅港港口效率评价后研究

Study on the Port Efficiency of Huanghua Port after Evaluation that Based on DEA

黄骅港作为神华集团全产业链运营的枢纽,其效率将直接关系到集团产业链的整体效率。港口作为典型的多输入、多输出型组织,对其效率的评价一直是研究的难点与热点。本文采用DEA(数据包络法)进行研究,选取自建港以来关于基建投入与财务投入的相关指标作为输入,煤炭吞吐量、油品及散杂货吞吐量作为输出,用来衡量DEA的效率相对情况,并分析了DEA较低的年份效率较低的原因,以此作为管理决策的参考。

As the hub of Shenhua Group's whole industrial chain operations,Huanghua port's efficiency will be directly related to the overall efficiency of the group's industrial chain. As a typical multi input andmulti output organization,the evaluation of the port's efficiency of has always been a difficult and hot spotin the study. The DEA(Data Envelopment Analysis) are studied in the paper,selecting related index of in-frastructure investment and financial investment since Huanghua Port construction as input, throughput ofcoal,oil and bulk cargo as output to measure DEA's relative efficiency situation,the reason of low DEA efficiency year is analyzed,as a reference of decision-making.
