摘要
某煤制烯烃项目是目前国内外正在稳定运行的最大的煤制烯烃项目,在已建成的烯烃分离装置中,反应气碱洗过程会产生一股高浓度含碱废水,目前的处理方式是外运至废渣厂处理,存在很大的环保隐患。因此,为处理该股含碱废水,本文介绍了一种采用物化处理工艺,去除水中油类、盐、碱及部分COD,以提高废水的可生化性。
A coal-to-olefins project is currently the largest stable operation project at home and abroad. However,a high concentration of alkali-containing wastewater is simultaneously produced during the alkali wash-ing process in the olefin separation plant. The current treatment is transported to the waste residue plant,there is a big environmental risk. Therefore,to deal with the alkali-containing wastewater,this paper intro-duces a kind of physical and chemical treatment process to remove oil,salt,alkali and some COD to improve the biodegradability of wastewater.
