摘要
网络持续演进对终端的设计和性能不断提出新的更高要求。从2G到LTE,终端射频前端的设计复杂度和性能要求都极大提高,而未来5G终端的射频前端又将面临更多的挑战。射频前端芯片的架构设计、器件性能和工艺,是终端设计和演进所要考虑的首要问题。分析目前终端射频前端架构及特点,介绍了主要射频器件的特性和要求,并对5G终端射频前端设计做了展望。
bDue to continuous evolution of the network,the demands for higher performance and better design are reaching a new level.From 2 G to LTE,both design complexity and performance requirements of UE RF front-end are greatly improved,while 5 G UE RF front-end will face more challenges considering RF front-end's architecture,component performance and technology.It analyzes the current RF front-end architecture,introduces the characteristics and requirements of main RF components,and makes a prospect of 5 G UE RF front-end design.
