节能项目的经济评价指标及模型研究

Research on Economic Evaluation Methods and Model of Energy Saving Project

为评估已建节能项目的经济效益,并指导节能项目的建设投资,提出了节能项目的一种经济评价方法。基于通用的财务评价方法,结合项目的投资及实施情况,分析了项目的静态投资回收期、内部收益率、项目财务净现值等参数,研究了各参数之间的逻辑关系,最终提出经济评价模型。仿真结果显示,该评价方法适用范围广,操作简单,便于推广,为拟建节能项目的决策提供了重要依据。

A kind of economic evaluation methods for energy saving project is presented to access the existing projects,also guide the construction and invest of energy saving projects. Based on general economic evaluation methods and the investment and implementation of the projects,parameters such as static investment payback period,internal rate of return,the financial net present value are analyzed,then the logical relationship between above parameters are studied. Finally it put forward economic evaluation model. Simulation result shows that applicable scope of the evaluation method is wide,the operation is simple,easy to promote,provides an important basis for the decision of plans to build energy-saving projects.
