无偿献血工作中全面护理管理的效果观察

Observation on Effect of Total Nursing Management in the Voluntary Blood Donation Work

目的探讨采血站无偿献血工作中全面护理管理的应用价值。方法以攀枝花血站2015—2016年无偿献血者为研究对象,按照护理方式差异进行分组,2015年为常规护理管理,设置为对照组,2016年为全面护理管理,设置为研究组,对比分析护理效果。结果研究组无偿献血者采血后反应发生率及反应程度、明显低于对照组,无偿献血者满意度提高,组间比较均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对无偿献血者予以全面护理管理,可有效减轻降低采血后反应,无偿献血者满意度提高,保证采血质量,效果良好,推广应用价值高。

Objective To study the application effect of total nursing management in the voluntary blood donation work.Methods The voluntary blood donors in 2015 and 2016 in Panzhihua blood center were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups according to the nursing method,the control group in 2015 adopted the routine nursing management,while the research group in 2016 adopted the comprehensive nursing management,and the nursing effect was compared and analyzed.Results The incidence rate of reactions after blood donation and reaction degree in the research group were obviously lower than those in the control group,and the satisfactory degree of voluntary blood donors was improved and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The total nursing management in voluntary blood donors can effectively relieve the reactions after blood collection,improve the satisfactory degree of voluntary blood donors and ensure the blood collection quality and the effect is good,and it is of high promotion and application value.
