PDCA循环在门诊医疗质量管理中的应用研究

Research on Application of PDCA Circulation in the Outpatient Medical Quality Management

目的探索门诊医疗质量管理的有效方法,提高门诊医疗质量管理水平。方法该院门诊医疗质量管理于2016年7月开始实施PDCA,分别以该院2016年1—6月门诊收治的120份病历资料和2016年7—12月门诊收治的120份病历资料作为研究对象,统计并对比两份资料的合理用药、合理辅助检查、处方合格、病历书写合格、患者满意度、预约时间以及等候时间等。结果 PDCA实施前的合理用药率89.2%明显低于实施后的98.3%,合理辅助检查率90.8%明显小于实施后的99.2%,处方合格率91.7%明显小于实施后的99.2%,病历书写合格率93.3%明显小于实施后的98.3%,患者满意度88.3%明显小于97.5%;实施前后各项指标比较均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。PDCA实施前的预约时间和等候时间明显大于实施后,均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医院门诊医疗质量管理中采用PDCA循环模式能够提高管理效率。

Objective To find out an effective method of outpatient medical quality management and improve its level.Methods The PDCA had been implemented in the outpatient medical quality management since July 2016,and 120 pieces of records admitted and treated from January to June 2016 and 120 pieces of records admitted and treated from July to December 2016 were selected as the research objects and the rational mediation,rational adjunctive examination,qualified prescription,qualified records writing,satisfactory degree of patients,appointment time and waiting time were counted between the two pieces of data.Results Before the implementation of PDCA,the rational medication rate was obviously lower than that after the implementation(89.2% vs 98.3%),and the rational adjunctive examination rate was obviously lower than that after the implementation(90.8% vs 99.2%),and the qualified rate of prescriptions was obviously lower than that after the implementation(91.7% vs 99.2%),and the qualified rate of record writing was obviously lower than that after the implementation(93.3% vs 98.3%),and the satisfactory degree was obviously lower than that after the implementation(88.3% vs 97.5%),and the differences in various indexes before and after the implementation were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the appointment time and waiting time before the implementation were longer than those after the implementation,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The PDCA circulation model in the hospital outpatient medical quality management can improve the management efficacy.
