非酒精性脂肪性肝病饮食健康需求及护理管理方式研究

Investigation on Demands of Food Health of Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease and Research on Nursing Management Method

目的研究非酒精性脂肪性肝病患者的饮食需求,探究针对性护理管理模式。方法纳入该院2015年6月—2016年12月收治的120例患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察两组患者护理后的健康行为和健康指标变化情况。结果适宜的饮食种类以及饮食问题与宣教是非酒精性脂肪性肝病患者的主要需求,饮食时间和饮食数量为次要需求;经过护理干预和管理后,观察组的健康行为情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对饮食种类的摄取和对饮食的宣教仍然是目前非酒精性脂肪性肝病患者的迫切需求,通过对患者有针对性的饮食护理干预和管理,能够明显改善患者的健康状况。

Objective To research the demands of food health of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease and research on nursing management method.Methods 120 cases of patients admitted and treated in our hospital from June 2015 to December 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,the health behavior and changes of health indexes after nursing of patients were observed.Results The results showed that the proper dieting kind and dieting problem and education were the major demands of patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,the dieting time and dieting number were the second demands,after nursing intervention and management,the health behavior situation in the observation group was obviously better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The intake of dieting kind and dieting education are still the urgent demands of patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver diseases,which can obviously improve the health status of patients.
