Objective To discuss the clinical value of four-dimensional color ultrasound in the examination of fatal congenital deformity during pregnancy. Methods 74 cases of delivery women with fatal congenital deformity after the induced labor and delivery admitted and treated in our hospital from July 2015 to July 2017 and divided into two groups with 37 cases in each, the control group adopted the routine two-dimensional ultrasound technology for examination during pregnancy, while the research group adopted the four-dimensional color ultrasound technology for examination during pregnancy, and the examination results and coincidence rate of induced labor and delivery confirmed results, imaging examination operation time during pregnancy, misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis cases were compared between the two groups. Results The coincidence rate of examination results during pregnancy and induced labor and delivery confirmed results reached 97.2%,which was higher than that in the control group(73.0%),and the difference was statistically siginficant(P<0.05);the imaging examination operation time during pregnancy was shorter than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically siginficant(P<0.05);and the case numbers of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically siginficant(P<0.05).Conclusion The four-dimensional color ultrasound technology during pregnancy for screening can discover the fetal anomaly in time and ensure the child bearing quality.
