基层医院药房采取药品拆零调配是指将完整包装的药品拆分后进行调配使用,具有满足不同患者疾病需要的作用,减少基层医院用药成本,但是同时存在一定问题。该文对基层医院药房药品拆零调配中存在的问题进行综述,并提出有效的相关对策,保证药品质量情况,以及患者用药安全。

The drug dismounting and allocation in the pharmacy in the primary hospital refers to the allocation and use after the drugs were dismounted,which can meet the demands of different patients and reduce the medication cost of the primary hospitals,but there are still some problems,therefore,the paper elaborates the existing problems of drug dismounting and allocation in the pharmacy in the primary hospital and puts forwards the effective related strategies thus ensuring the drug quality and medication safety of patients.
