在改革的背景下与城乡一体化的趋势下,我国商业医疗保险事业的发展道路既充满机遇又面临着挑战,如何在我国更加充分有效地发挥商业医疗保险的保障作用将成为商业保险公司的一大难题。该文阐述了我国商业医疗保险的发展现状,分析了国内商业医疗保险存在的问题,给出了解决我国商业医疗保险问题的部分建议。

Under the background of reform and trend of urban-rural integration,the development of commercial insurance service in China has both opportunities and challenges,how to fully and effectively give play to the security role of commercial medical insurance will become a big problem in the commercial insurance company.The paper elaborates the development status of commercial medical insurance in China,analyzes the exiting problems in the commercial medical insurance at home and puts forwards some suggestions of solving the problems of commercial medical insurance.
