内分泌科构建多角度人文护理模式的方法探讨

医生的治疗和护理的护理工作均对患者的康复产生巨大影响。受到医学发展的制约,从治疗角度分析,对于如糖尿病等很多疾病,已经形成了固定的治疗方法,相应的患者的康复效果很难进一步提高。因此从护理角度出发,有效改善护理工作模式,是一种可行的方法。因此该院内分泌科构建的多角度人文护理模式,与传统的护理模式比较,后者是以疾病为中心开展工作。前者是以患者为中心,从科室内部培训、主动了解患者情况、根据患者情况安排病房和分组、建立关爱护理制度、了解患者服务体验和护士定期总结6个步骤,个性化地为患者开展服务,有效提高了患者的生存治疗和康复效果。

The treatment and nursing work of doctors has an enormous effect on the recovery of patients.Restricted by medial development,many diseases such as diabetes have formed a fixed treatment method,and the recovery effect of corresponding patients is difficult to be further improved,therefore,effectively improving the nursing work model is a feasible method from the perspective of nursing,and the department of endocrinology in our hospital constructs a multi-angle humanistic nursing model and the model takes the patient-oriented notion and implements the six procedures of department internal training,initiatively mastering the conditions of patients,arranging the ward according to the patients' situation,establishing the care nursing system,mastering the service experience of patients and regular summarization of nurses,but the traditional nursing model takes the disease as center,and this model provides an individual service for patients thus effectively improving the survival treatment and recovery effect of patients.
