医护一体化护理对乳腺癌患者负性情绪及生活质量的影响分析

The effect of integrated nursing care on negative emotional and quality of life in breast cancer patients

目的:研究医护一体化护理对乳腺癌患者负性情绪及生活质量的影响。方法:选取2016-01~2017-01期间在我院进行诊治的84例乳腺癌患者,依据患者的护理模式将其分成研究组与对照组,其中研究组治疗期间实施医护一体化护理(42例),对照组治疗期间实施常规护理(42例),观察分析患者的负性情绪与生活质量变化情况。结果:患者通过护理后,研究组的焦虑、抑郁情绪改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05),且研究组的生活质量也明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:乳腺癌患者的临床治疗中应用医护一体化护理,具有良好的效果。

Objective：To study the effect of integrated nursing care on negative emotion and quality of life in patients with breast cancer.Methods：84 cases of patients with breast cancer from January 2016 to January 2017 in our hospital for diagnosis and treatment were collected.According to the nursing mode,patients were divided into study group and control group.The research group was carried out integrated nursing care during treatment （42 cases）,the control group was treated with routine care （42 cases）.The negative emotion and quality of life of patients were analyzed.Results：After nursing,anxiety,depression and life quality in study group were significantly improved compared with control group （P 0.05）.Conclusion：The application of integrated nursing care in clinical treatment of patients with breast cancer had a good effect.
