基于Workbench的新型超越离合器接触特性分析

摘要 介绍一种新型可控滚柱式超越离合器,该离合器以轴向布置为主要特征,可配合或替代离合型或制动型执行机构使用。应用Solid Ege软件建立起超越离合器的三维实体模型,基于ANSYS Workbench建立该离合器有限元模型,并参照传统超越离合器的使用工况,对该离合器的滚动体与滑道之间的接触应力进行分析,验证了设计的结构参数满足接触强度要求。 The development situation of suspension monorail was presented generally. The features and applications were summarized. The general parameters of domestic and foreign suspension monorail were compared,and some development tendency of suspension monorail was put forward.
