我国城市汽车共享推广可行性研究

The Feasibility Study of Car-sharing Promotion in China

汽车共享作为一种新型的绿色出行方式,不再注重车辆的所有权,而是注重其使用权,是将私家车公共化的一种新的商业模式,可以解决城市交通拥堵问题。世界上最早的汽车共享组织出现于瑞士的苏黎世,后来在瑞士、德国、美国、日本、法国等西方国家得到广泛发展,近几年来在我国城市开始出现。目前,我国城市汽车共享在发展中还存在法律问题、信任问题,低价竞争问题,但其发展有一定的社会环境、政策环境和市场潜力,具有良好的发展前景。要使我国城市汽车共享获得广泛的推广,需要政府、企业、消费者三方共同做出努力。

Car-sharing is a new form of green transport that is no longer considering about the vehicle's ownership,but focusing on its using-rights.It is a new business model that makes private car into public and can solve the urban traffic congestion problem.The pioneer car-sharing was presented in Zurich Switzerland.Later it is widely used in Switzerland,German,USA,Japan,France etc.At present,the development of carsharing in China is facing the problem of legal,trust and low-cost competition and so on,but it has certain social environment,policy environment,market potential and good development prospect.The wide generalization of car-sharing needs that government,business and consumer work together to promote the development of car-sharing in urban.
