授权教育在新发老年糖尿病胰岛素自我注射中的应用进展

Application progress on empowerment education in insulin self injection for elderly with new onset diabetes mellitus

随着我国老年糖尿病的发病率逐年升高,血糖控制良好是降低心血管疾病发生风险及预防并发症的重要措施,老年糖尿病病人多采用胰岛素治疗,而我国胰岛素使用规范不容乐观,结合临床经验,对进行胰岛素治疗的新发老年糖尿病病人进行授权教育,分析授权教育对新发老年糖尿病病人进行自我胰岛素注射的影响及意义,为日后的研究及工作提供新的灵感和方向。

With the incidence of diabetes in our country increasing year by year,good glycemic control was an important measure to reduce the risk and prevention of complications of cardiovascular disease.The elderly diabetes patients used the insulin treatment,while our insulin use standard was not optimistic.Combined with clinical experience,the empowerment education was conducted for elderly diabetes patients receiving insulin treatment,analyzed the effect and its significance of empowerment education on insulin self injection in elderly with new onset diabetes mellitus,in order to provide inspiration and new directions for the study and work.
