新乡地区住院患者弓形虫感染状况

Infection of Toxoplasma gondii in hospitalized patients in Xinxiang district

目的了解目前各类住院患者弓形虫感染状况。方法在2014年5月至2015年10月随机收集新乡医学院第三附属医院住院患者血液标本830份,采用酚试剂法提取患者血液中DNA,将弓形虫多拷贝529DNA片段作为待检弓形虫序列,通过单管一步法巢式PCR技术扩增,琼脂糖凝胶电泳技术检测样本中目的基因的存在。结果弓形虫529基因患者总阳性率为3.13%,男3.05%,女3.23%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。育龄妇女(16~49岁)阳性率为3.74%,眼部疾病患者阳性率为5.10%,肝部疾病患者阳性率为5.56%,感染高于总体水平。结论住院患者存在弓形虫感染,各科室各病种均有弓形虫阳性感染。

Objective To investigate the Toxoplasma gondii infection among all kinds of hospitalized patients.Methods Blood samples of 830 hospitalized patients were randomly collected from the Third Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical University in May of 2014 to October of 2015. The total DNA was extracted by phenol reagents in the blood of patients.The Toxoplasma gondii 529 muiticopy fragment gene was used as the sequence of Toxoplasma gondii. The DNA fragment was amplified by single one-step nested PCR technique and the presence of the target gene in the samples was detected by agarose gel electrophoresis. Results The total positive rate of Toxoplasma gondii 529 gene was 3. 13%. The positive rate of male was 3. 05%,female was 3. 23%,the difference was not statistically significant( P>0. 05). The positive rate of women of childbearing age( 16~ 49 years) was 3. 74%. The positive rate of patients with ocular disease was 5. 10% and the positive rate of patients with liver disease was 5. 56%. The positive rate of these diseases was higher than the overall level of infection. Conclusion The infected person of Toxoplasma gondii is present in hospitalized patients and the infection of Toxoplasma gondii is positive in all departments and all types of diseases.
