摘要
设置5个处理组(4%尿素(4U)、0.2%丙酸钙(0.2CP)、0.4%丙酸钙(0.4CP)、4%尿素+0.2%丙酸钙(4U+0.2CP)和4%尿素+0.4%丙酸钙(4U+0.4CP))和一个对照组(CK),经过90 d发酵处理,测定黄贮饲料的营养成分、pH值、氨态氮及有机酸含量,评价丙酸钙和尿素对玉米秸秆黄贮发酵品质的影响。结果表明,各处理组干物质含量差异不显著;与CK相比,各处理组粗蛋白含量呈上升趋势,酸性洗涤纤维和中性洗涤纤维均呈现下降趋势,4U组pH值显著增加,其他各组pH值显著降低;含尿素组氨态氮/总氮显著高于其他3组;对照组和4U+0.4CP组的乳酸含量显著低于其他组乳酸含量;含尿素的处理组中乙酸含量显著高于CK,CP中乙酸显著低于CK;各组丙酸含量与CK相比显著增加。综合评价,4U+0.2CP处理显著改善黄贮玉米秸秆发酵品质。
Five treatments of adding different concentration of calcium propionate( CP) and urea( U)(4% urea,0. 2% CP and 0. 4% CP,4% urea + 0. 2% CP,4% urea + 0. 4% CP) and control treatment(CK) were set up to evaluate the effects of adding calcium propionate and urea on fermentation quality of yellow corn stalk silage. The silos were opened after 90 days of ensiling and the fermentation quality was analyzed. The results showed that there was no significant difference in dry matter among all treatments. Compared with the CK,crude protein of all group tended to increase,neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber tended to decrease,pH value of 4 U treatments was significantly increased and other treatments was reduced in comparison with the CK; NH3-H/TN of U and U + CP treatments were higher than that of other treatments; Lactic acid in CK was significantly lowered than that of other treatments except for 4 U + 0. 4 CP treatment; Acetic acid contents in the urea or U + CP treatments was significantly higher than that of the CK,and acetic acid contents in the CP treatment were significantly lower than that of the CK; Propanoic acid content in all treatments was significantly higher in comparison with the CK. These results suggested that adding 4% urea + 0. 2% CP to yellow corn stalks could effectively improve corn stalks fermentation quality.
