摘要
为了研究联苯从塑料包装中转移至牛奶的情况,建立了牛奶中联苯的高效液相色谱(HPLC)检测方法,并用此方法对实际样品进行了检测。结果表明,联苯标准溶液在0.051~3.176 mg·L-1范围内,标准曲线线性良好,回归方程为y=29.187x+8.687,相关系数(R2)为0.999。该方法的检出限为0.010 3 mg·L-1,加标回收率为99.8%~103.6%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为3.6%。
To study the biphenyl transferring to milk from plastic packaging,high performance liquid chromatography( HPLC) method for detecting biphenyl in milk was established in this experiment.The results show that the regression equation of Biphenyl standard is y = 29. 187 x + 8. 687,and correlation coefficient( R2) is 0. 999. It is good linearity of standard curve from 0. 051 mg·L-1 to 3. 176 mg·L-1. The detection limit of the method is 0. 010 3 mg·L-1,the recovery rate is from 99. 8% to103. 6%,and the relative standard deviation( RSD) is 3. 6%.
