摘要 永磁直线同步电机由于自身的结构特点,在驱动过程中会产生推力波动,严重影响电机的控制精度。电流环作为矢量控制系统的最内环,其控制结构参数的变化将直接影响电机的q轴响应电流。对PMLSM伺服控制系统的电流环PI矢量控制结构进行了理论分析,通过改变其PI参数对电机的响应过程进行了实验验证,获得了电机的q轴响应电流曲线,继而分析了响应电流对电机电磁推力波动的影响。 Due to the structural characteristics of the Permanent Magnet Linear Synchronous Motor(PMLSM),thrust fluctuation are often generated in the drive process,seriously affecting the motor control accuracy.The changes of the control structure parameters of the current loop,the innermost ring of the vector control system,will directly affect the motor's q-axis response current.In this study,the current loop PI vector control structure of PMLSM servo control system was firstly analyzed theoretically;and then the response process of the motor was verified by changing its PI parameter,based on which,its q-axis response current curve was obtained.Finally,the influence of the response current on the electromagnetic thrust fluctuation of the motor was analyzed.
