自育水稻三系不育系黔209A配合力分析

Combining Ability Analysis of Rice Sterile Line Qian 209A

为加快黔209A在杂交水稻育种的应用,利用其配组出强优势组合在生产上应用。用黔209A及其他2个三系不育系与8个恢复系按不完全双列杂交方式配组,对F1的产量及产量构成因素进行配合力分析。结果表明,黔209A具有开花习性好和异花结实率高等特点,在穗长、有效穗和每穗总粒数等产量性状的一般配合力均表现不错,在株高这一性状上具有较高的一般和特殊配合力,可用于改善株高、穗长和有效穗向优亲方向发展。

The combining ability of F1 yield and yield component between Qian 209 A and two sterile lines with eight restorer lines according to incomplete diallel cross design were analyzed to speed up application of Qian 209 A in hybrid rice. The results showed that the flowering habit different seed setting rate all are well,the general combining ability of grains per spike of Qian 209 A was high,in the combining ability of plant height both was higher,according to the result of the experiment can be used to improve the direction of the high,spike length,and effective spikes per plant.
