对2003年以来梧州市六堡茶产业发展及其标准化进展进行总结,为产业持续发展探索道路。通过六堡茶生产企业数量、产量和产值、出口量和总值、出口比率、品牌价值等数据的趋势进行分析,以及促进六堡茶产业发展的地方法规体系、标准体系、质量保证体系、质量检测体系、市场体系、地理标志保护、历史文化挖掘、科技进步、知名度和影响力提升等建设措施进行疏理归纳。分析表明:2003年以来,六堡茶行业从两家企业发展成产业集群,从无文字标准变为标准形成体系,市场格局从出口为主变为内销为主,市场定位从中低档茶变为中高档茶,影响力从历史名茶变为当代名茶。六堡茶产业快速发展是多种因素共同作用的结果,而六堡茶标准化的推动作用尤其显著。

The present paper summarizes the development and standardization of Liu-Pao teaindustry in Wuzhou City since 2003 so as to explore a road for sustainable The development trend of quantity , yield and output value , export volume and foreign exchange earnings , export ratio , brand value were discussed , and the local legal system , standard system and qualityassurance system of Liu-Pao tea industry, quality inspection system , market system , geographicalindications protection , historical and cultural excavation , technological progress , visibility and influence to enhance the construction measures were reviewed. Since 2003 , two developed into industrial clusters , in which a standard formation system was standard , a domestic market structure was established from an export-oriented market structure , themarket positioning was changed from the low-grade tea into the high-end tea , and the industrwas changed from historical tea into contemporary tea. The rapid development the result of a variety of factors including standardization of Liu-Pao tea.
