摘要 韩国茶产区位于北纬33°-36°之间,是北半球重要的茶产区之一。韩国茶产业的发展始于20世纪50年代朝鲜战争之后。为了促进茶产业发展,政府实施税收减免政策,吸引外商投资,并成立茶叶研究机构,加强基础研究。但国内咖啡消费量增加、进口茶叶量增加、消费者偏好多样化等因素给韩国茶产业发展带来了新的挑战。韩国三大主要茶产区,全罗南道、庆尚南道和济州岛积极合作,开发和拓展新市场。韩国政府颁布"推进茶产业、茶文化发展"法案,加强青年茶文化教育、推动茶产品多元化发展、鼓励茶旅游业开发。在国家和政府的大力支持下,韩国茶产业有望得到进一步的发展。 The Korean tea-producing regions, located in between 33 ° and 36 ° latitude are some of the worldrs northern most tea-producing regions. To expand the tea industry,the government provided tax relief,promoted foreigninvestment projects and set up tea research institutions to strengthen basic resedomestic coffee consumption, increases in imported teas, and diversifying consumer preferences are challenges to the tea industry of Korean. Given that, Jeollanam- do, Gyeongsangnam-do and Jeju Island,the three most important tea-producing regions in Korea,actively cooperate to expaKorean government has taken greater initiative to develop the tea industry with the passage of the 11 Advancement of Tea Industry and Tea Culture" Act. Youth education about tea culture, constant innovation and product diversification, tea-based tourism are advocated. With the backdrop of thesenational initiatives, the Korean tea industry is expected to be further developed.
