全球治理与公民身份认同研究

Research on Global Governance and Citizenship Identity

从自我治理、社会治理、国家治理和全球治理的奠基性关系出发,阐述治理问题的根本在于人自身的治理,无论社会治理、国家治理和全球治理采用什么样的治理原则和规范,都在致力于构建一个健康有序的共同体。共同体的稳定和发展使人们在某种程度上形成并产生了对共同体的认同和归属感,但是,这样的认同与归属感在排列次序上是不相同的,主要表现为人们对于自身体验到的东西,在感受和认知上将会产生差异。人们对社会、国家和全球在结构层次上的理解和感受不同,其身份认同与归属感的次序就不同。尽管如此,共同体治理力图平衡内部产生的离心力与向心力的力量,从而从根本上凝聚人们认识,力求实现认同在治理过程中引导共同体成员遵循共同法度与原则,以此维护和建立美好命运共同体。

From the foundation relation of self-governance, social governance, state governance and global governance,it is pointed out that the fundamental problem of governance is the management of people's own,regardless of the governance principles and norms of social governance,state governance and global governance is committed to building a healthy and orderly community. The stability and development of the community to some extent formed and produced people's identity and sense of belonging,but this identity and sense of belonging in its order is not the same,mainly in the people for their own experience,there will be differences in feelings and cognition. People on the social,national and global at the structural level of understanding and feelings of different,identity and identity of the order is different. In spite of this,community governance seeks to balance its internal forces of centrifugal force and centripetal force,thereby fundamentally agglomerate people 's understanding and striving to achieve identity in the governance process to guide the members of the community to follow common laws and principles in order to maintain and establish a good destiny community.
