社会性与主体性的冲突与融合:行业高校大学生社会责任感培育的理论分析与实践探索

Conflict and Fusion of Sociality and Subjectivity:Theoretical Analysis and Practical Exploration on the Cultivation of University Students' Responsibility in Universities with Industry Characteristics

马克思突破了传统哲学将人的主体性与社会性割裂开来、机械对立的局限,以人本观和社会共同体思想为理论支点,构建了个人与社会融合统一、互为前提的关系场域。在社会性与主体性内在统一的逻辑视域下,研究目前行业高校培育大学生责任感面临的主要挑战和应对策略具有重要的理论价值及现实意义。作为行业特色高校,南京信息工程大学把"三感"即"使命感、责任感和荣誉感"教育理念贯穿于人才培养的全过程,以社会性与主体性相融合来引领大学生责任感培育,从主体性人文关怀、实践育人、校园文化建设、协同培育共同体等方面系统开展大学生责任感的教育培养与实践养成。
