某工程在设计中采用装配式混凝土框架—剪力墙结构体系和装配式钢框架结构体系,采用预制叠合楼板以及预制楼梯方式实现建筑工业化,达到浙江省《建筑工业化评价导则》的各项要求,可作为其他类似项目的设计参考。

In the project represented in this paper,assembled concrete frame-shear wall structure and assembled steel structure are appled,by using prefabricated laminated floors and prefabricated stairs,the requirements in Evaluation Guide of Construction Industrialization are all achieved,and the application can be the reference of other projects.
